Step 1: Sign up for a free video host such as Youtube.com and upload your video. 

Step 2: Once your video is displayed on Youtube.com highlight the video’s url (as seen on the picture below) and right click on your mouse. Select “copy” from the drop down menu. 

Step 3: Now place your curser where you would like the video to appear on the post you are writing (see Posting and Article to learn how to post). Click on the “A” button (as seen in the picture below) and place your curser in the pop up box and right click on your mouse and “paste the video’s url you had copied in step 2. 

Step 4: Click on the “OK” button and you are done!
